Hi, I’m Caryn!

I've spent the last six years working alongside founders and business owners through some of their most complex and demanding seasons. What started as executive support evolved into something much closer to strategic partnership, because the leaders I work with needed more than task management. They needed someone who could hold complexity without adding to it.

I'm naturally the calm one in the room. Not because things don't feel urgent, but because I've learned that clear thinking and steady follow-through move work forward faster than urgency ever does.

My background spans project leadership, operations, and human resources, which means I bring both structure and people-first thinking to everything I do. I pay close attention to how decisions land on the humans involved, not just whether the plan looks good on paper.

When I'm not working I'm probably planning my next trip. Travel is one of my favorite ways to explore, recharge, and stay curious about the world.
